Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The Wi-Fi did not work at any point during our stay. We asked several times for the issue to be fixed, but we never received any response or assistance. The bedding was in unacceptable condition: the sheets had blood stains and were torn. The towels were also torn and worn out. The walls in the apartment were dirty, and the bathroom had visible mold, which made the environment feel unhygienic. In addition, the apartment was not cleaned on any of the days we stayed, despite the fact that I requested cleaning service multiple times. Overall, the conditions were far below acceptable standards, and we did not feel comfortable or properly accommodated. I would not recommend this property based on our experience.

“A stellar hotel in Caldas Novas”
I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the flat, which was way bigger than I had expected, as the pictures in the Booking app were limited and made me believe there was only one bedroom with a double bed. However, there were two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with twin beds. The apartment was fantastic and were spick and span. The hotel has stellar staff. They were all polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. The latter went the extra mile to make us feel really welcome. Congratulations to the hotel team! The food was tasty and reasonably priced. It was à la carte on weekdays, and a buffet at the weekend.
