We had the most magical stay at this beautifully renovated 19th-century guesthouse. It’s the perfect blend of old charm and modern comfort. The saltwater pool was gorgeous, and we loved relaxing in the big garden and taking in the view. The breakfast spread was generous, with slightly different options each day, which we appreciated. One of the highlights was the wine tasting—we got to see the original wine cellar, which was a really memorable experience. We also loved chatting with Federica and her family, who run both the guesthouse and the winery. They gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and nearby towns, which we enjoyed exploring at a relaxed pace. The property is also dog friendly, which we really appreciated since we were traveling with our border collie mix. The location was perfect—a wonderful base for a slow, relaxing holiday in Piedmont wine country. We can’t wait to go back!

The estate, the room and the facilities (the pool) were all amazing and beautiful. We were amazed by the passion of the family owned estate, both for the winery and the hotel. They were so friendly we felt like we visited our own family. The accommodations were fantastic, the bed was huge and comfortable and bathroom was even bigger. It was luxurious! Their hospitality was fantastic, they arranged so many things for us while we were there, we felt truly pampered! We highly recommend wine tasting, as you will hear and see a wonderful wine-making history of the estate! It was a dream stay and we only wish we could stay longer. We are definitely coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, family run villa in the village of Calamandrana. There are only few rooms available for guests, so travelers can expect privacy. Our room was spacious with a king size bed and lovely bathroom, balconies overlooking the pool area. The pool area was very nice, new for summer. Breakfast was good and it was wonderful to enjoy it outside. We also enjoyed on-site wine tasting. Many thanks to Federica and the whole family for the friendly and personal service. We would be happy to return some day!

Great relaxing atmosphere thanks to Frederica, her father and all the staff. Beautifully kept place, charming, praceful (no road noises or other), very clean. Breakfast with good choice not only of sweet but also salty food, fruit, great coffee. For us very important as we seldom eat cake / sweet breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa, where everything was clean and tidy. The room was pleasantly and stylishly furnished, featuring a balcony, air conditioning, and a large bathroom. The lovely family running the villa was attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Federica did an excellent job organizing our leisure activities and always recommended great places for dinner. Despite being a villa with only 3-4 rooms and run entirely by the owner’s family, the breakfasts offered a wide assortment and everything was delicious. I highly recommend the wine tasting with Federica and/or her father. Everyone was friendly, both to us and our dog, who also enjoyed the spacious grounds, the welcome treat, and the outdoor water bowl. Highly recommended!

Everything we experienced at Villa Adelaide & Wine was more than perfect. Starting with the very cordial communication prior to our arrival, the very warm welcome, a fabulous wine tasting in one of the most beautiful wine cellars, a lovely breakfast, a really great room and the new pool. Everything is really wonderful and we can wholeheartedly recommend a stay here. Federica and her family do everything with passion and heart. Villa Adelaide & Wine is a feel-good place! And we highly recommend to book a wine tasting, they make amazing wines!

“Perfect weekend stay”

Everything was just perfect! The hotel is beautiful and has very nice garden (important for us to play with our dog), the rooms are classy, elegant and very spacious (the shower was enormous and had a lot of different jets, including horizontal shower.. it felt like a private spa!) The staff was always friendly and helpful, and really payed attention to every tiny detail (glass of Prosecco at arrival, bed and bowls for our dog in the room.. and most importantly always a smiling :)). And last but not least, breakfast was superb! I normally don't like breakfasts in Italian hotels, 'cause they tend to be very sweet and lack in savoury options. But this was not the case here: The breakfast buffet offered a huge selection on both sweet and savoury options, eggs, regional cheeses and hams, home-made pies, focaccia, and a lot more. Just delicious!

The facilities: The gates of the winery opened as we arrived, they were expecting us. The rooms are an add-on to the winery and the renovation is absolutely gorgeous. We couldn’t find many reviews because the property is relatively new, as are the heavy duvet cover, fluffy pillows, most comfortable Mattress, big spacious room and bathroom, great decore. The wine: We went to our room to freshen up from the drive and then went downstairs to get a tour of the wine, and do wine tasting. The wine arrived with cheese, cold meets , traditional peppers, nuts, desserts , fruit , wow! Federica the host and her father the oenologist explained about each wine, what to look for while tasting and the best foods to pair the wine with. The breakfast: Cakes, cheeses, juice, fruit, yogurt, granola, spreads. We were asked how we’d like our eggs made and coffee. Then again if we’d like more coffee as we sat eating cake in the garden. I was with a friend on the trip and we laughed that it was all too lovely and very romantic. Very relaxing vibe. Reception: Federica is the classy, lovely daughter of the family run winery. She is so helpful, helping us to plan our days and making dinner plans for us. We really just spend the mornings relaxing on the property and spent the rest of the day out. Eat at Violetta near by: so so good.

We loved the room and the builing, everything was well designed and comfortable. The young lady at the reception spoke english very well and was super kind and helpful! She even cooked us scrabled eggs for breakfast and pointed out lactose free options they had at the buffee. We would have rated the stay 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for the morning...

Charming B&B run by a very friendly and helpful family. Everything freshly and tastefully renovated and very comfortable to stay in. They make their own wine on the site and have a lovely wine cellar. We liked the electric charging facilities, it makes life so much easier driving an electric car.
