I really love this hotel and have been coming here for the second year in a row. It is located right on the beachfront, offers stunning views, and what I appreciate even more is the way the staff treat their guests. Everything is done with such care and warmth. When you arrive, you truly feel welcome and valued. A special thank you to Sergio for making the stay even more enjoyable.

We loved the junior suite we stayed in. The use of massages was very relaxing from Gloria. The variety of the foods and quality exceeded expectations. The sea nearby was super clean and clear.

“Great stay in a beautiful bay!”

My husband and I stayed here at the end of April and really enjoyed it. The room was clean and bright with a nice bay view. Food was great — dinners were different every day, which we appreciated. The hotel itself is not huge, but the grounds are tidy and green, and there were always free sun loungers. Coffee at the bar was actually really good, unlike the machine coffee. The bay is literally a few steps away — clear water and not much seaweed, especially compared to the wild coves nearby where I didn’t dare go in at all. We came in low season so it was quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what we needed. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing stay

“It was a really nice experience of staying with kids in this hotel”

The hotel is suitable for both adults and families with kids, as they have an amazing animators team. Kids animators Andrea and Adele made a lot of efforts to make all the kids happy and special. Thanks a lot to them. Every evening after kids mini disco, they had an amazing night performance. And every evening it was different and really cool. The only thing was that it started after 09:30. So trying to fight with a sleep but excited to see the show we were waiting for this adorable moments of joy. The food in the restaurant was also different and tasty every day. They have also snack bar that is working from 10:00 to 18:00. Our kids loved their unlimited ice cream and French fries the most. We liked our room with the sea view. The sea beach is directly near the hotel, few meters, so that was really good. But we found more amazing beaches just in 15 minutes walking from the hotel with a crystally cleaned water and almost without people. So for people who like to enjoy a really cool views and naked nature just try to search in Google maps and you’ll find nice places around too. On the day of our daughter’s birthday they bring us a bottle of fresh juice, a piece of cake and a birthday card with warm wishes from the hotel. It was nice to accept. By the way for people with kids there two playgrounds areas: one directly in the beach (behind palms) and one is near the kids swimming pool and the kids club. As in the hotels description we couldn’t find an information about it before.

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was exceptional with lots to choose from, for all diets. We didn’t use the entertainment but there was lots on if you wanted it, for adults and children.

They nver answer messages… i asked for a baby bed, when we arrived it was not there. Then I paid a 60€ deposit for the swimming pool towels. 1 month later I have not been reimbursed, tried to contact them 2 times and they don’t answer

The staff was super nice at all times, from the bar tender to the receptionist. The animation is the best we’ve ever had, both for adults and kids. Nice restaurant with good variety of food, which changes every day.

The only small issue was the lack of an area to sit comfortably for evening drinks away from the entertainment.

The hotel delivered some standout positives — breathtaking views and surprisingly good food for an all-inclusive, with a welcome variety. The children’s waterpark and second pool were fantastic, giving our family great moments away from the crowds. Staff were lovely throughout — from the tirelessly cheerful animation team to the attentive cleaning and restaurant crews.
