Our stay at this beautiful holiday villa in Santanyi was nothing short of spectacular! Nestled in the charming southeast of Mallorca, this villa offered the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and proximity to the island’s stunning beaches and vibrant local culture. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the villa’s modern yet rustic design, with spacious, airy rooms and tasteful decor that made us feel right at home. The private pool was a highlight, sparkling clean and surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, perfect for relaxing afternoons or starlit evenings. The outdoor terrace, complete with a barbecue area, was ideal for family meals. The villa was well-equipped with everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to reliable Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room, ensuring comfort even during the warm Mallorcan days. Its location in Santanyi was a dream— just a short drive to the town’s lively market and charming cafes, and only a 3 minute drive to breathtaking beaches. The hosts and Xavi were incredibly attentive, providing local tips. This villa is a gem for anyone seeking a peaceful, luxurious retreat with easy access to Santanyi’s natural beauty and cultural delights.

Casa Luz Solar is a beautiful place to stay. It is facilitated perfectly, nothing is missing! It is comfortable, clean and very pleasant! The garden and pool area are also lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and would fully recommend.

A lovely villa - we really enjoyed our stay. The villa is bright, airy, & well-furnished in a modern style. Having an en-suite for all 3 bedrooms was great & there was always lots of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped & it was good to have a choice of eating inside at the dining table or on the terrace. We also used the barbeque one evening! The air conditioning works well inside keeping us cool. The pool is lovely & well-maintained, surrounded by pretty pink Oleander bushes that make it very private. Located in a quiet residential area within an easy drive of both the beach, shops & cafes of Cala Santanyi (3 minutes) & the town of Santanyi (10 minutes). We did walk to & from the beach a few times which takes about 15 minutes however, it is a steep uphill walk on the way back that very young or old people may find difficult. We enjoyed some lovely restaurants in Cala Figuera & Santanyi. Our daughter did her PADI diving qualification at the dive school in Cala Figuera. Xavi, who is the owner's representative, was very helpful at all times.

Had a wonderful week. Great house with all the necessary commodities. Loved the pool. Quiet neighbourhood close to Santanyi with great restaurants and beaches. Will book again!
