This hotel looked good on the photos, but they did not do it justice. We were given a room on the 7th floor with the sea view (can highly recommend room 710). Stunning views day and night overlooking the bay and beach of Cala Agulla. Room was extremely quiet when you closed the doors. We never heard the guests in the rooms around us, and the balcony is private. Shower and bathroom is lovely, and the A/C is easy to control independently in the room to get the desired temperature you want. The room at first felt a little small, but we got used to it and found it more than comfortable overall. Can't say enough good things about the staff. Always friendly and greeting with a smile. Also were more than happy to help us with a last minute bus transfer back to Palma. Super! Bar and snack service at the pool was excellent with good value food offerings - I even asked for a custom ice coffee which they were happy to do. Very easy to spend the whole day around the pool when the sea is rough or too windy. We had Half Board, which was perfect. So much to offer for both breakfast and dinner, we were never bored with the selection even after 11 nights when the food 'specials' repeated itself each week. Also really lovely eating on the open air terrace overlooking the sea. There is live entertainment almost every night both at this hotel and neighbouring ones, but this generally is finished 2230-2300, so getting to sleep was not an issue if you wanted an early start to the day. Location is great, with lots of restaurants within short walk for lunch. HOT TIP: If you are going to the beach, ask reception if they have any beach umbrellas, as they have a few they can lend you free of charge. Overall a lovely stay, so we didn't want to leave. There were only a few minor niggles which is why I scored it a 9 and not a 10. (see what I didn't like).

Everything was more than great! The seaview is tremendous and breathtaking, the room, the food, the service, we enjoyed every minute there!

Location for Cala agulla and particularly Cala molto is fantastic. Breakfast was great, tonnes of fresh fruit and loads of options. Rooms were pretty big and aircon was fantastic. There were pretty much always loungers available at the pool despite it being peak season.

Really nice and clean hotel, great location on the coast, great views from the room. Extremely good value for money compared to some of the ridiculous prices in that area! Highly recommend

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and the hotel is really close to cala Agulla beach, probably 2-3 minutes walk. The receptionists were very helpful and polite, they booked my transportation to the airport and even gave me a bus timetable for when I wanted to visit Palma. As a solo traveller I really appreciate how friendly all the staff were, the cleaners, the bartender and the waiters, they always had a smile and were ready to help you, specially the lady with the blonde hair, Pablo and Guillermo.

- Staff is exceptional: helpful, super friendly and always smiling - Cleanliness: usually the weak point in majority of the hotels but in Regana it is above expectation, everyday the room was as the new one! - Breakfast and dinner are good enough, of course there will be repetition of the options, but it is various enough to not be bored for one week. - Location is great, I highly recommend to book the room with the sea view. Also the beach is close by, just 5 minutes of walk. The fact that Regana is placed on the edge of the city is a big plus to me. - There are always some activity in hotel, which might be loud, but they finish it around 22:30 - Transfer can be ordered by the personal (keep in mind the request should be made in 72h before the transfer)

The room with sea and swimming pool view was excellent. The pool area was very relaxing and taken care of. Nice beach nearby with 4 min walk. The breakfast and dinner was very tasty and there was a lot of choice for dinner - every day you could try different dish and nice desserts. The whole hotel and the room was super clean. Staff was polite and helpful. If you not a fan of huge crowded noisy hotels but ones with great atmosphere I would strongly recommend Regana. It offers even entertainment in some evenings that is not boring and cheesy but fun. Very nice stay!

“Good and relaxing, hotel has some real potential, but some improvements to be made”

As a person with celiac disease, having gluten-free options available for breakfast and dinner is important to me. The buffet provided dedicated gluten-free cornflakes and Schar cakes in a separate basket during breakfast. Every meal, I asked the chef about which dishes were safe to eat and they were always willing to explain. The fresh fruits and salad bar were a highlight of the buffet, along with the live grilling of some meat and fish. The terrace offered an amazing view for breakfast and dinner, giving a feeling of being on a cruise ship. On some evenings, there was live music, which started earlier than expected, around 8 pm. The rooms were well-organized and equipped with basic amenities, and the sea-view rooms provided a fantastic view. The pool area had enough space and sunbeds for everyone, and the staff was friendly. The hotel's location was great, as Cala Agulla was within walking distance, while Cala Mesquida was a short drive away. Across the hotel, there were supermarkets, tourist shops and a few restaurants. Cala Rajada is a cosy tourist resort.
