The food was delicious, rich, fresh and varied. The room was nice, clean, cozy and spacious with a large balcony and whatever we might have needed. The staff was very kind and prompt in handling requests (Thank you again for everything!). We enjoyed an excellent Wi-Fi service (we needed to work remotely for a few days and we had no problem with the connection). The pool area is so nice, perfect for relaxation (you feel like you are in heaven). There are shows every night (music, dance, illusionism etc.) and the scene is set in the large and beautiful garden.

I can summarise my review of the Hipocampo Palace Hotel in 2 words 'Total Excellence' - The location close to the beach with nearby bars and restaurants was excellent. The hotel room was comfortable, immaculate, spacious and well appointed with good sound insulation – no disturbing noises from adjacent rooms – quiet closing mechanisms on room doors. The staff (all - from front desk, housekeeping, restaurants and bars) were courteous, friendly and very helpful. Most seemed fluent in 3-4 languages. The buffet breakfasts and dinners were amazing - huge variety and all tastes catered for. Any return trip to Majorca will most definitely incorporate a stay at this hotel.

The staff was very friendly, always with a smile on the face. The food was extraordinary delicious and lovely decorated. Good entertainment in the evening (e. g. Musicians, Flamenco Dancers,..)

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Very clean. Food was good. We had a suite which was nice and spacious. No fight for the sunbeds around the pool. Peaceful and relaxing. Most nights the entertainment was very good. Good location for Sa Coma and Cala Bona.

“Well-managed hotel with exceptional food”

The FOOD!! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the food, which turned out to be one of the best gastronomic experiences we've had at a half-board hotel. The staff were consistently helpful, with a special mention to Maria at the reception for her exceptional service. The dinner service was outstanding, and all areas of the hotel were impeccably maintained and clean. The evening entertainment program was delightful, and the gala dinner on Fridays was a highlight. Traveling with our 3-year-old, we found the hotel to be very child-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, there was ample free parking available on the street.
