“Fantastic stay, with host making it even more special!”

This property was fantastic and the host made our stay even more special. As soon as we arrived they treated us and reserved a parking space on a very limited area. Upon checking in, they even gave us complimentary beers which continued throughout our stay. They provided plenty of information about the local area. The room was well presented with a Greek vibe and was spotless. The location was fantastic, just a two-minute walk to the harbour and less than five minutes to the beach. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby.

Marco is not just a host, he is living hospitality. We forgot our air pump for the water toy of our daughter and he was walking with us through the shops of the town to find one.

Great location, close to the port and a beautiful view!

This property was in a great location, close to the port and just a short walk from all restaurants. Marco, the host, was extremely kind and friendly, offering us a cold beer on check in. He organised a great trip boat with the skipper Umberto, and it was a highlight of our trip. Marcos place had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea which is the perfect place to relax after a busy day! I would definitely recommend B&B AcquaDolce for a stay in Cala Gonone.

great location, very clean and comfortable

We had a lovely stay with Marco in his beautiful home. We stayed in a room with a huge terrace looking over the sea which has amazing sunrise views. The room and bathroom were very clean, and everything was in great condition. The property is a short walking distance to bars and restaurants, and about a minute to the port. Fully recommend staying here. Marco is a lovely host.

“Highly overpriced and exceptionally poor quality”

We booked a sea view room in Cala Gonone because it was hyped up to be beautiful. Well, after travelling the island for 3 weeks I can say it didn't live up to expectations. The other parts of the island are far better! The only thing it offers are restaurants and boat cruises to see Neptune Grotto which again is overpriced and hyped up. It's a small town with nothing else to offer. Hugely touristy and the B&B's take advantage of this in their prices...

Marco is a charming and attentive host, always helpful and friendly. The location is superb, overlooking the sea, on the quiet side of town but just minutes walk from the port and excellent restaurants. The standard of decoration and attention to detail is really impressive - all done by Marco, who is rightly proud of it. We were a bit puzzled that our "B&B" stay didn't include breakfast but this was actually a positive once we realised because there are some fine breakfast places in Cala Gonone.

Marco gave us a warm welcome and it was pleasant staying at the B&B. It was a nice and clean room and I slept very well. We enjoyed staying here and nearby you go on a hiking trail that lead to a beautiful place and cave and there is a lot to choose of activities nearby.

Marco was a very friendly host and looked after us very well. We stayed in the garden view room which was good but the location of this B&B was highlight. There is free parking on the road outside the property which Marco pointed out to us.

The aqua theme was so lovely - blue and ocean inspired it really fit the vibe well. The balcony and sea view are really the selling point - incredible view and morning sunrises from the balcony.

Fabulous location looking at the sea and near the port. A beautifully set up apartment with a lovely big balcony. The cleanest place we have ever stayed in. Marco,our host , could not have done enough for us. Including organising a parking space across the road for us. A plentiful & delicious breakfast.
