“Amazing”
The privacy you got while still being in a lovely clean resort with a pool, roof top bar, and restaurant. The bus back to Palma was literally outside the hotel too so very easy to get back.

“Wonderful stay with great food and exceptional service”
The food exceeded our expectations. The breakfast offered a good variety and was slightly different each day, which we really appreciated. There were plenty of options, including local dishes, and everything was delicious. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop restaurant is outstanding and offers a wonderful dining experience. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

“Lovely hotel, nice and peaceful.”
We came from another 4star hotel down the road and the difference was very noticeable where we had just stayed 6nights Monsuau had better rooms, better feel, better food etc etc Great that sunbeds reserving is not allowed the hotel we stayed in before it was a nightmare to get good sunbeds

“Perfect stay”
Good location - a 20 minute walk into the town, beside a bus stop and walking distance from beautiful beaches. Rooms are spacious and clean, with great bathrooms and comfortable beds. All staff were extremely nice and helpful.

“Unfortunate service and amenities”
We did not have hot water for around 20hrs; and when we were asking for the third time when we would get hot water, the staff was extremely rude. The attitude when requesting cabs from the hotel was also rude and very much a ‘you can figure it out’ and the staff overall were quite rude.
