“Truly horrific”
filthy bathroom, broken toilet (didn’t flush), the worst bed we have ever encountered (springs stabbing you in the back all night), terrible street noise and from the rooms next door, and stains across the walls that honestly don’t bear thinking about. The whole hotel reeked of cigarette smoke and was atrocious. When we mentioned the filthy bathroom and broken toilet the staff said they would “take note” - nothing to be fixed or alternative offered. To add insult to injury this place was NOT cheap. I have stayed at nicer places for 1/3 the cost. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

Very good location. Many shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. A leisurely 5-minute walk will take you to the beach. The reception staff were very nice and helpful.

“Our Second visit”
This is a lovely hotel it is located close to all amenities and is a quick bus ride into Málaga, should you wish to go sightseeing.Patricia and her team are extremely friendly and helpful. This is our second visit and I am sure there will be more.

Nasty, smelled so much like bleach that we got happy it smelled like cigarettes again after we aired the room. Like, really, I got nauseous by the smell. Bed worse than a foldable. Burn marks from cigarettes everywhere. Bathroom just nasty and broken. I woke up in the middle of the night with my girlfriend crying because she could not sleep because how nasty the bed and the room felt.

“Amazing friendly value for money hotel”
The team here couldn’t be more helpful and lovely . We had our flight cancelled and this was the nearest hotel we could find to the airport . We booked at close to midnight and when we arrived the paperwork was all done and the overnight reaction guy welcomed us so well and quickly it was overwhelming . The next morning they helped us with taxis and were brilliant . The rooms were really clean albeit a bit tired but for the money it was excellent . Thank you so much
