Very friendly staff… We arrived early morning & the very friendly, helpful person managed to check up us in, find a room that was ready immediately. Our bed was made every day & room cleaned nicely. Thank you

“Fabulous location and staff”
The standout positive is the staff, mentioning Fatou, Firmin and Pedro plus others whose names I didn't get, but all lovely right through from the reception, cleaning and restaurant staff. The location was great with easy access to many bars, cafes and shops and a short walk to Cala Millor for the beach. We booked a room with a huge terrace with fabulous views, which made the stay very comfortable and peaceful.

“Good but cleanliness was poor.”
The room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the food was varied and good. We need to mention chef Maria, she was fabulous, always smiling and friendly. We would also like to mention Romina and Fermin, they are all a credit to the hotel. Excellent service and very friendly.

Room was clean and functional - plenty of space to hang your clothes and to put your belongings. Plenty of electric plug sockets for your phone charger etc. Safe included (free of charge). Good shower pressure.

“Beautiful views”
Fantastic views and comfortable bed. Nice double shower room. Mini bar free and a nice little bottle of fizz on arrival. Check out was 12 which was nice.

“Brilliant hotel, friendly staff but can be noisy.”
The staff are so lovely and friendly. They all spoke English too which was hugely helpful. My room was big, comfy beds with a balcony over looking the pool. There was even a bath, which in summer not necessarily needed but still lovely to have the option. The air con worked really well and I couldn’t have asked for much more. There are plenty sun beds by the pool so no wars and claiming them early.
