“The best hotel I have ever stayed at!”

Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The service was truly outstanding — the team was always on their toes, anticipating everything before we even asked, yet in such a natural and effortless way. What made it special is how genuinely warm they were; they made us feel less like guests and more like family. The customer service is beyond terrible for a so called 5 star. I had issues with this hotel and decided to cut short my stay. They promised me they would refund me. It's been well over a month and they haven't refunded me and now they have stopped responding to me messages. You don't expect this behaviour from a 1 star property! I would never recommend this hotel
