My stay at The Nile – Ritz-Carlton in Cairo was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff set a completely different standard for hospitality. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help—often anticipating our needs before we even had the chance to mention them. It honestly felt like they could read our minds (in the best way possible!). The hotel itself exceeded every expectation. Our room was spacious, spotless, and even better than what was promised at the time of booking. Every detail was thoughtfully maintained, creating a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the Nile—it’s something you never really get used to, no matter how many times you look out. Whether it was morning or evening, the scenery was simply stunning. The food was another standout. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Dining at the hotel was consistently a great experience. Overall, this stay went above and beyond in every way. It’s rare to find a place that not only delivers on its promises but surpasses them so effortlessly. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo.

7th trip to Cairo, first at the Ritz. Beautiful luxurious experience. Location is just perfect at the Nile. Most comfortable beds ive ever slept in! Breakfast is yummy with so much variety! Staff is very friendly. Special thanks to: Samir and Zeinab at breakfast, Abdul Rahman and Ahmad at reception, Jamal who was taking care of our room daily and Nabil at the entrance door who welcomes u in the most friendly and funny way. Make sure ur room has a Nile view its worth it.

“One of the best hotels in Egypt. Everything you need is in the hotel or nearby”
Stay here for a perfect Cairo and Egypt experience. Location of the hotel was amazing (next to the old Egyptian museum). Breakfast was by far the best I had in the entire country (after travelling to Luxor and Aswan). The staff were brilliant and the room itself was so well appointed and looked after. They have a bank inside the Hotel to change money!
