Nice and beautiful location in de vineyards but the dinner /restaurant I expected to be nicer and better value for money! In summer when you sit outside it must be amazing, but not the best in winter!

“Best hotel in the Cafayate area, strongly recommend it!”
This is the best hotel we have been to in Argentina, the place is just wonderful and the employees are very nice! The location is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards, the hotel's architecture is stunning (it looks like a Spanish "masia" or a countryside house in Italy's Tuscany). When we arrived they gave us a room in the first floor and asked for a room in the floor above to have better views, they did all they could to change our room free of charge. They also offered a free wine-tasting, so we had the chance to try all of their wines with some cheese platters (white, red, rose, from the cheaper end to the very expensive end) with a professional sommelier. The hotel offers some activities (we did a horseback-riding excursion). In the evening the garden and the terrace are full of people enjoying some nice wine, the atmosphere is really magical. A lot of people ignore the area of Cafayate (and head to Mendoza instead), that is a big mistake, not only do I think that Cafayate wine is nicer but the area is beautiful. I strongly recommend staying here!

A peaceful retreat just beyond bustling Cafayate. Our room was lovely and spacious, and it was such a treat to be able to walk around the vineyard in the morning. Breakfast was delicious, and there was a good selection to choose from. Dinner was also great, and our waiter was so friendly and gave us some wonderful recommendations for wine. A really good spot to enjoy Cafayate's wineries from
