The apartment was in the second floor of a beautiful building with a nice view in a small park. It was spacious, clean and with a very nice decoration.It has everything you need fridge ,kitchen washing machine . Great location in the centre of the city and the owner was very helpful and kind.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Republique. Our host Severine went out of her way to welcome us and even took us to one of the war memorials as she was working nearby.

Bright, airy apartment in a historic building perfectly situated for exploring Caen, shopping and good restaurants. Severine was very welcoming and gave us recommendations on what to see and where to eat. Caen was supposed to be just a stopover but was a very interesting and enjoyable visit.

Fantastic room. It was spacious, decorated nicely, and the sofa was very comfortable to sit on. The location was perfect, close by to all of the amenities.

Very beautiful old house and the apartment is decorated in a way that respects the history of the building. Loved that there were windows in many directions! Very tidy apartment. Our host welcomed us warmly :)

Our host was delightful and met us there to handover the keys and give us helpful tips. Although there were two flights of stairs she insisted to help with our luggage. She also made the taxi reservation for our departure day which was much appreciated. She went above and beyond to make sure we were settled well.
