“Scam”
The host wanted a deposit of 350€!! for one night, which he didn't disclose beforehand and it's also not mentioned on the official website. He only shared this information a few hours before the check-in, so it's really untrustworthy.

“The place was good, but the host was extremely poorly organized.”
My only reason for a poor review is that I was given instructions on how to get the keys only the day after my arrival! (I had asked for instructions some days before and, since my host had acknowledged my arrival time, I expected someone would be there to give me the keys.) As a result, I had to spend my first night in Caen in a different accommodation (and pay for it) even if I had paid in advance for the STUDIO. Besides, my host did not seem to feel any obligation that I should be reimbursed.

when I sent a text he didn't get back to me for hours sometimes next day.Host was a terrible communicator He didn't answer phone either I arrived at 5pm the place was locked up I tried several times to call him and text him but no response I waited 30 mins then gave up The place was dirty looking from outside and wasn't in a good area in my opinion I didn't feel safe there.I left and found another place.
