“Student block, not quiet but cheap and clean”
This is a tiny, very basic apartment in a student block and there was noise, music pounding at night and a car parked in the car park for 5 hours with doors open and loud music emanating. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and provided a fan and a kettle. The tv doesn’t work despite their attempts to sort it but there’s Wi-Fi in the apt which worked well.

“Excellent value for money”
It was all lovely the room had been decorated recently and had new bathroom suite. Good size room, bed comfy even though it was a type of camp bed/sofa bed. Fridge cooker and all kitchen equipment. Small tea coffee and biscuits pack provided and small washing up liquid provide, it was excellent value for money. I didn’t realise it was student accommodation but it was fine. Super market near by. It was excellent value for money. Excellent location for ferry and roads to visit the Normandy’s beaches. The lady on reception was lovely and very welcoming and informative

“Don’t stay here”
The pictures are not true at all. This is a student’s dorm. it has a small kitchen with one bed there, that occupied all space and another one upstairs. we didn’t have internet connection and when we asked they said they were on holiday. I am your client since check in until check out and you supposed to at least give a proper answer.

“A lovely, well equipped apartment that made our stay in Caen memorable.”
Perfect location from which to explore the D Day beaches. We had the unit with the sofa bed and it was better than some real beds we've slept on. Secure location and plenty of on-site parking,
