Functional and inexpensive for a one night stop. Comfortable bed. Small kitchen area and a decent sized fridge. Secure parking.

“Comfortable student style accommodation at a reasonable price”
Comfortable and clean with enough equipment for making breakfast or basic meals. Breakfast also available downstairs for 10EUR but we didn’t try that. Plenty of parking on site for 4.50EUR per night. About 15 minutes walk into town where we found several restaurants that are open on Sunday which isn’t the case in some parts of France. We will use this place next time we are catching the ferry from Ouistreham.

“A great value hotel only a short walk from central Caen, the rooms are comfortable and staff polite.”
The room was very clean, bright and had a small kitchenette that we didn't use but would have if we had been staying longer than one night. The staff at Reception were very helpful and polite.

Revisiting Séjours & Affaires, like the location, central, safe car park, easy access even for late arrival/check in. Pleasant studio with kitchenette with fridge. Just enough to self catering breakfast, light lunch and take away meals.
