Perfectly located after getting off the ferry arriving at 10:00pm. Late check-in available til 11:00pm, but also excellent instructions on how to access the building and the apartment. Good communication from Jimmy. Secure parking available. Excellent value for money. The room contained a kitchenette. It's newly built with a really good en suite.

“No information about the parking”
There is no reception. Everything is automatic. They don't give you information in advance about the parking (where it is and the code to open the parking door). The parking is not inside the residence but in front of it. There was no gel or shampoo in the bathroom. The rest was OK.
