“Cosy secure cottage in a small development.”

The location with electric gates provided secure parking and security for the premises. There are 3 cottages with plenty of parking for all. Large grounds, with children's play area, boules pitch and pet sheep. The property was well furnished with everything you could need,including extra bedding for cooler nights.

Lovely property really quiet. Plenty of room inside and all areas catered for. Stairs quite noisy to walk on but other than that lovely idea place.

We were met upon arrival at the property and shown the keysafe and how to open it.

The property was finished to a high standard and contained everything we needed.

The apartment is in a very nice and quiet area, slightly away from the city center. The outdoor space, most of which is in common with the other 2 apartments, is huge and extremely well-kept. The owner has a separate part of the garden where they keep 3 sheep: we were really surprised that there was no animal smell whatsoever. We had a minor issue at the beginning of our stay, but we got in touch with them and received timely and efficient assistance. Having the possibility of using the bikes they make available to their guests is another great feature. The house in general and the kitchen in particular are very well equipped.

It was spacious & facilities were good. Cooker & oven good and TV had English speaking channels.

The property was spacious for 4 adults. It was in a very quiet location but near to all the facilities and Caen itself. Excellent base to visit that part of Normandy.

Very private and quiet. Clean and comfortable. Helpful hosts. Feels like you’re in the country but only a short drive into the city centre.

The property is in a quiet area outside Caen and feels really peaceful. We liked watching the sheep in the garden and the birds coming and going.

keys were all good but did not realise box have 2 buttons could only see the one to press to open:) Mirrors in the rooms and hairdryer would be great but besides for that it is a great place to stay

Parking place and pruvacy. Peacefull position but not too far from the city. Comunication with the host.

The host was really friendly and helpful. Great location. Very modern.
