“Brilliant stay and had the best night sleep in this little oasis”
Gorgeous little studio apartment with all the essentials in the heart of the old city and close to all amenities. About 30mins/2.5km from the gare and closer to the trams. It’s just beautiful

“Exceptional and comfortable studio, well-located in central Caen”
A truly exceptional studio apartment, with everything that you would expect - modern and roomy bathroom, large comforable bed, excellent kitchenette, and good wifi. Also, the location was perfect - in a residential road, but only steps away from shops and bars, and within walking distance of public transport and all the main touristic sights in Caen centre. On this occasion I only stayed for a weekend but I would happily return for a much longer stay.

“Comfortable stay in a lovely town.”
Excellent location in the centre of Caen, apartment was clean and well furnished although if you wanted to cook, facilities are limited. Access was very easy ad the host was accessible at all times and dealt with queries promptly.

“Minimum acceptable”
The kitchen was well kitted out. It had 2 plastic chaire and a table The living area was quite spacious but minimalist/spartan. It consists of a bed, TV and only one chair. There were no surfaces anywhere to put cases, clothes or anything on. There were no mirrors. Instructions on how to access BBC news and English channels would have been helpful. The Bathroom was clean and acceptable. However, the hot water was scalding, and one needed to be careful. This needs to be attended to as it is a health and safety issue. Parking was a nightmare. All the parking spots outside the apartment were full and it was not possible to double park to unload the luggage. They had to be transported from afar. Once there, the luggage then had to be carried up a spiral staircase - 36 steps - to the second floor. All in all, this apartment is one of the poorer we have used from Booking.com Jim & Margaret, Ireland

“Cosy apartment in the centre of Caen”
Very tastefully decorated, good kitchen, excellent bed. Super cosy apartment in historic building. Centrally located, but very quiet.
