Modern, well equipped apartment in a central location. Handy for shops, restaurants and a lot of the lovely attractions in Caen. The apartment was super clean and we loved the little balcony. Communication with the host was good.

Extremely spacious apartment located perfectly in the heart of Caen, very close to Caen castle, about 15-20min walk from Caen train station, and some excellent bakeries nearby. Kitchen well stocked, place felt very homely with great lighting, and the balcony provided a nice peaceful space during our stay. Apartment located on the top floor but was not an issue for us. This accommodation far exceeded our expectations and we would most certainly return here. It was a place that we genuinely looked forward to returning to after a day of sightseeing. Thanks for the incredible stay!

After a very long exhausting trip from Australia . We were dropped off by taxi a few streets away from the apartment. It was very difficult to find the address. It was raining. The front door to the building was very difficult to open. The entrance was dark and not been swept for a long time. There was no lift. The 45 steps were difficult to negotiate with our heavy suitcases. This apartment was not of a standard we are used to. We turned around and caught another taxi to a very nice hotel. So we did not use the apartment at all.

Please note taht the host requested 600 Euros for damage deposit after the booking became nonrefudable.

Location in the centre of the town. It was very comfortable and well equipped for two people, with all mod cons. We liked the little balcony.

The flat was attractively decorated in a modern style and very well equipped for self-catering. The veranda overlooking the courtyard made breakfasting a pleasure. Manon was helpful in explaining by telephone and WhatsApp how to use the fob key ( a type I had never come across) to gain entry from the street on our arrival.
