“Location And Facilities Are The Best.”

The location is excellent and the communication from the owners is immediate. It has all the facilities you will need for a great stay, it even has Netflix. We were traveling daily to visit the Normandy beaches and the location couldn't be better. It is also only a 10 minute walk to Caen city centre and all its bars and restaurants. Self check-in was very easy. The owners even sent pictures to help with this.

The apartment is in a very good location. The city center is only a 5-10 minutes walk, a shop is only 2-3 minutes away, but it is still in a quiet part of the city. You can relax after a long day. It is well equipped, clean, well furnished. Ideal for even a longer stay. It is hard to find free parking space on the street, so we really appreciated the private parking lot. It was a pleasent surprise that it had a roof and it's gate can be locked. It is like az own garage. Although it could be narrow for larger cars.

The sitting room lights were intermittent and did not work. So we had to enjoy a dark sitting room.

Nicely laid out apartment within a 20 min walk of the city centre, Nice style to the place, with parking just outside making it really convenient. Helpful and friendly hosts too!

Great location, near to amenities (lidl less than 5 mins walk down the path to the right and great restaurants in town). Blinds made it dark at nights and it was on a quiet street, so little noise. Had everything we needed. Parking was OK, a little l tight, but we had warning. Managed to squeeze our Hyundai Tuscon in. Would not have got a bigger car in though!

The check-in was easy, fast and any time possible due to the keys are put into a key box. Hosts do their best to keep the apartment attractive for guests. For example, there is a new coach in the living room instead of the old one, which can be seen damaged on some guest fotos. And it is nice decorated. Apartment is good due to such useful things like dishwasher, washer and parking place. Hosts were reachable via booking.com messages. The apartment is located on the ground floor of an old small apartment block. Still it was quite enough to have a good sleep. Parking at the provided spot right next to the house can be challenging, but there was enough space for an SUV.

Appartment was comfortable, clean, and well situated. Good value. Quiet day and night. Dishwasher and washing machine a great bonus. Responsive host.

Location was good, in a quiet street but not too far of a walk from the centre. We did not use the kitchen facilities much, but they were well stocked and the coffee pods and machine were a big hit. Hosts were responsive and had left plenty of information, guidebooks etc to enhance our stay.

Great for two people.

It is a very nice apartment, close to the shop with a parking space. Quiet at night so you can get a good night sleep.

Awesome location walking distance to everything, host was awesome very responsive to any questions. The apartment is very well equipped with awesome recommendations in a book the hosts have prepared ! The private parking is also a bonus if you're coming by car !

A sweet little self contained flat, very clean and modern. It is well equipped and we felt at home straight away. In the morning it was just a short stroll along a quiet path to Lidl where we bought good breakfast croissants and everything else we needed. We would have loved to stay longer than just an overnight stop en route to Finistere from the ferry port, and would certainly book here again as it would be perfect for exploring the interesting town centre of Caen.

Lovely modern apartment with everything you could need. Light and bright excellent location for a short stroll along the canal to bar and restaurants parking an excellent advantage. What a little gem just out of town centre communication with host almost instant supermarket around the corner😍
