“Nice, clean and well located apartment”
The property is well located, walking distance to Caleta Beach, restaurants and main attractions. The house was clean and comfortable and you can see the sunset from the window. I loved that I could hear the waves from the room. Wifi was fast and TV had connection to YouTube which was very convenient for my children.

“Great location, comfortable stay”
The location was excellent, near a few bars and La Caleta beach. A couple of our party had restricted mobility so it was great that there was a lift too. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the sea views.

“Clean, light and bright apartment super close to the beach and La Vina neighborhood”
The location is magnificent. There are restaurants and tapas bars on your doorstep and the beach is literally across the road. You’re in the La Vina neighborhood with the palm trees in the streets and it’s so beautiful. It’s also not far to the Cathedral, Mercado market, Parque Genoves and shopping. The apartment was very comfortable for the 3 of us - decent blinds, fan, washing machine, toilet separate to bathroom, good view, very clean and light. Antonio was a lovely host with great communication. I would highly recommend staying here.

“Had a brilliant time.”
Location excellent, the longer we stayed the more bars and eating places we discover. The property was great for us and the owner extremely accomodating .
