The property is in a great location, close to the main points of interest and only a short walk to the bus stops, the stations (around 15 minutes), and the nearest beach and castles (about 10 minutes). The staff were always reachable when needed, and the room and shared facilities were clean, comfortable, and well organised.

Great location with a nice courtyard, comfy, room had good side lighting and decoration, polite friendly staff, good vibes. Room was internal (no windows) so full darkness with lights off helped me get great night sleep. Blankets supplied without asking was helpful. Kitchen facilities useful too when we got food from the market.

“GREAT place to stay in cadiz”

this place is great! exceeded our expectations, not only is very central and in a very local authentic area (less touristy than la Vina) but the managers take very good care of it. it is cleaned daily and kept very clean, they provide a fully equipped kitchen and all sorts of things you might need (hairdryer, iron for clothes, etc). Another thing I really appreciated is that the owner takes her time to explain to you everything about the city when you check in, she takes notes on a map on the points of interest etc and it's something people don't do anymore at hotels! I really liked it :)

Perfect for one night, directly in the city center, good instruction for the arrival and check in, the staff was kind and helpful, the room was amazing with private balcony and bed very confortable, all was very clean, I will definitely come back :)

I booked this room for three nights, but from the moment I walked in, it was a nightmare. The entire room reeked of cigarette smoke — a strong, heavy smell that hit me immediately. I opened the door and waited for hours hoping it would air out, but it actually nothing changed. The smell was overwhelming and gave me a headache. I went to reception and explained the situation. The staff member said she would speak to the manager, but when she came back, she told me there were no other rooms available and I had to stay in the same one. There was no apology, no solution, and no offer to help or make the stay more bearable. Even turning on the air conditioner made things worse — the smell intensified, so I had to turn it off and suffer through the heat instead. I didn’t receive anything extra or even a small gesture to make up for the awful experience. I ended up staying in that room for three nights because I had no other option, but it was miserable. I would never book this place again and absolutely do not recommend it.
