The landlord is very kind and friendly. The place is great. Bathroom and kitchen are shared but it is very clean, so much so we didn't even feel like other people were there. The location is great, it is 2 min walk from the train and it is very easy to get everywhere. The room is cozy, clean, it has a fridge inside and its very practical. We loved it. We enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back 😊

The location of the place is great - it is in a calm safe neighbourhood but still close to a public transport by which we could easily reach the city centre. It was very clean and the owner was kind and helpful. The kitchen and all the utilities there were clean and we were able to cook there. There were plenty of supermarkets close to it which was again great. There was a fan which eased or stay. The apartment is not very big but enough for a trip to Paris. We had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. ✨

Its location from centre was ok by train only 20 mins and Nord station few mins more. We had , what we needed for few nights.

“Worst ever! This is a fraud”
The worst experience ever! I booked one apartment with two rooms, but they only gave me one room, this was not I expected. My friend and I had to stay in a tiny room with no privacy for each of us. We asked booking.com for help, and they said the house owner was unsupportive, so we did not get any refunds from the him. It was a terrible experience!

The appartment is quite far from the city center but, there is a stop for the RER B line just 2 minutes away, which makes reaching Paris quite easy.

The only good thing in that place is the location, is really 4 min close to the Trejn station, and 30 min from the most of the places in paris
