It is a new property. The room was nicely furnished, everything looked high quality.. The bed was large and comfortable. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor. There is a shopping centre nearby within a walking distance. The property is situated close to the main road passing around Cacak city. It is a good location for a transit accommodation to or from South Serbia or Montenegro.

“Short stop to sleep and feel good When in that area”
The design of the room was awesome and creats a very romantic atmosphere. The jacuzzi in the room also adds an elegant touch and it is very relaxing. The noise from the Street it’s not disturbing, and the dark curtains do their job and make Your sleep better.

“Dissapointed”
We arrived at 4pm and received only one key for one room. The other room was not yet prepared (cleaned) at our arrival. The host have not proposed any other room, neither apologizes. We have to wait until 11pm to get the keys. Need to mention also that we had confirmed reservation a day before and that check-in is from 3pm. Additionally, the cleanliness of the facilities are terrible (you can find hair in the shower, in the closet, everywhere... you can also find cobwebs in the room). The rooms are indeed newer furnished, but it is also necessary to take care of cleanliness. We stayed in the rooms for the second time, but we will probably look elsewhere for our next trip.

We(girlfriend and I) had a most unpleasant experience with Rioluxapartments Čačak that we supposed to stay today. First, when we called to confirm our arrival and ask for directions, the number provided was unavailable. When we got there, they did not have our reservation, and we had to wait until the reception lady called a few people ‘to see what to do’. After we finally got our room, and the room temperature was around 42 degrees(That was the confirmed outdoor temperature, at least) we turned on the AC and went out for lunch until the room cools down. After 2 hours we returned and the room was still way to hot, where we realized that the AC was just ‘blowing air’ and not actually cooling. I asked for another room for that reason but they did not have any. After we decided to not stay there and find and find another place to stay, we did so. The lady at the reception again did not know what to do, and they called someone, and that someone talked to me over the phone to tell me that even them do not know how to act, and they had to call the owner. Again, we had to wait and in the end we got the information that the owner said that we have to pay regardless, even though we are not gonna stay there. I ofcourse, paid and when asked for the receipt, they refused to give one because ‘we booked the room via Booking.’
