The whole experience was so relaxing and not a worry in the world.The resort itself was very clean, very gorgeous and beautiful. The grounds were well kept. I would highly highly recommend anyone to stay at this resort. It comes with my one hundred and ten percent approval.

THE MUSIC WAS PERFECT !! Few hotels understand the importance of the right music ambience. Often employees play terrible nasty music in good hotels but luckily here was under management. SUPER NICE! it changes all!.

The restaurants are all very good, but you need to book in advance otherwise you can eat with 1 or 2 hours of delay ! The location and the view are very nice, even if they are 2.5 KM from the Cabo San Lucas Marina.

Food was always good at the restaurants and breakfast. Staff was amazing for the most part. Bar staff great, all the drinks and shows are great. Spa is a must do, the spa service was amazing, go early to enjoy the facilities and be comfortable in your own skin in a private space! I like there is a trolly to go back and forth even though it is a quick walk. You can bring your drinks to the room loved that if you got all inclusive. I scheduled the Van for pick up from the airport, (CaboSeason) double check with the property to make sure. Great Views and hang out spots outside. My room had a full kitchen and balcony.

Good food, we had breakfast each day, but mostly ate downtown cabo. Very tasty lots of fruit and pastries

Nothing. There was literally nothing positive about our stay. Ok, the size of the room was ok and the balcony space was nice. but you are not coming to Mexico to sit on your balcony or stay in the room all the time.

felt safe around the area, lots of people at the resort so you know it's busy for a reason, and staff were friendly and quick to respond.

Rooms were spacious and extremely well equipped. The decor and layout of the rooms was excellent and it was lovely to have a balcony to watch the sunset. It was also great to have a fridge! Staff were responsive and friendly. We asked for a quiet room and they fulfilled our request.

We loved the very friendly staff, especially Catalina from entertainment and Sunny in the show restaurant. Also the water pressure in the room was great. The food was excellent and the service level very high everywhere we came!
