The place was super clean and very nice. The food was amazing and they did a great job with activities. The staff was phenomenal.

The buffet was great. The Japanese restaurant food was a huge let down, I somewhat preferred the quality of the buffet food over the à la carte.

Great hotel. Good drinks (much better quality than adjoining RIU hotels). Use of this hotel also allows you access to adjoining RIU hotels. Restaurants were OK.

- The entrance of the hotel is amazing, a feeling of relaxation as you walk in. - If you book an ocean view room, it would be well worth it, waking up in the morning and looking out, pure bliss. - The Elite rooms are nice but room for improvement. - The Elite bar lounge for Elite members only is great for premium drinks. Perfect place to end the night. Angel at the bar is very welcoming and by the second night knows your order, great hospitality. - Even though the dinner buffet could do with some improvements, Jessy H was extremely nice to us, made sure all was ok and again knew our order. - Andrea at breakfast was lovely, always happy always smiling. She was the first member of staff to welcome us at the buffet on our first day and she continued the hospitality throughout. - The Cappuccino coffee shop is way better than the coffee or tea downstairs in the buffet and also their tea-cakes and desserts are delicious. - Hotel is kept clean through out the whole day.

The hotel is beautiful, the pool area, the room big and comfortable, the food was amazing but most of all the personal was kind and professional. Best hotel ever and I have been traveling for years. Exceptionally good. I can not wait to come back. Thank you for everything.

“Excellent had a great time”

Entertainment crew bought a great vibe! Everyone was having a good time. Lots to do, lots of attentive staff the drinks are always flowing the buffet food is amazing, easy to get into the restaurants with no wait needed and access to the other resorts such a bonus. Hard to have any negative on this trip! Except the ocean view rooms were not available we still had partial view of the arch’s so made it worth it also bath tub in the room and liquor bottles in the mini bar. Great work to the staff here they are all happy and eager to help made for a wonderful stay

The property was fairly small so walking from our room to the beach and all the facilities was fairly quick. The room was fairly large and had all the amenities the website outlined. The pools were large and water warm. The buffet was good and very well stocked a couple of the evening restaurants were ok (Steak house was the best of them). The staff were excellent!

The check in process was smooth, the employees at the reception were very helpful. The food in the Promenade restauarant was held up to a standard, considered it was an all inclusive buffet, when comparing to other hotels we stayed before. Also the asian restaurant had decent asian food, we were pleasently surprised the hotel offered a la carte Mexican, Italian and Asian restaurants for dinner. I like the fact the hotel offered Elite packages which get you a bit more. Like special cabanas for elite members, a la carte breakfasts, all inclusive room service,… The coctail drinks at the bar are really nice and not al all watered down. The fact that you can use facilities in the Riu Santa Fe and at Riu Palace is a really nice touch.
