Overview
This Cabo San Lucas resort offers a central downtown, waterfront location and is walking distance to Medano Beach. It features a full-service spa, outdoor pool and spacious suites with private balcony. Each suite at Marina Fiesta Resort & SPA Dine Out overlooks the pool or marina and offers traditional Mexican décor and architecture. A kitchenette with stove top and refrigerator and a seating area are included. Marina Fiesta Resort & SPA Dine Out offers a variety of European treatments as well as the fully equipped Sky Gym. Guests have access to the business centre and the concierge desk. The complex includes fine dining at the waterfront Baja Lobster Co and authentic Italian and international cuisine, sushi delights and Mexican food. There is also a swim-up bar and poolside restaurant. Marina Fiesta Resort & SPA Dine Out is located next to Puerto Paraiso and Luxury Avenue, a designer boutique mall. El Medano Beach is a 10-minutes' walk from the hotel.

“Fabulous Cabo!”
Absolutely fabulous! Liked · We loved experiencing the Mexican culture, fabulous cuisine and lovely, friendly staff. We loved the location. Right on the marina meant stunning water views and fabulous options for food, drinks and shopping. Also close to the town meant we could walk up and experience some fabulous local restaurants and bars. The staff were incredible. So friendly and helpful for our entire stay to the extent that we extended a further 4 days because we were loving the people and relaxing facilities.

“Watch out for them fake timeshare scams”
Watch out for the people pushing you to go to the sister hotel for free breakfast. They sell you timeshare but it's sooooo scammy. Massively push you to give you their money but with nothing really in return. And they will not let you leave until you sign something. They are using every tactic in the book. Honestly a waste of a precious holiday that could've been used otherwise.

“Great stay in central Cabo Marina area.”
Great location in the marina. Supermarket very close walk to the mall area. Plenty of restaurants, Pool also very good for a property that has direct walking (steps) access to the marina. If you are after a true resort vacation in Cabo then one of the larger properties out of the town may suit better. This is a great location for staying local. Also the all inclusive was optional. I didn't take this and had the flexibility over my two night stay to dine in or venture out.

great location right at the marina where all the action is. there is a corner store steps outside gate for snacks and drinks water ect and atm inside. Stoff member / host lionel is the best. never did the all inclusive because wanted to try lots of restaurants. only went to the rooftop bar that had great view and music to enjoy a drink.

“Very average”
The property is dated, rooms are average, food was below average. Most of the staff were ok, however I had a family friend upset because staff would keep flirting and be overly friendly making her uncomfortable.

“Excellent location & clothe cleaning service.”
Very good location & the bonus was we could go between two resorts, the other being Hacienda encantada. We didn’t know that until arrival & the Hacienda was really nice on a beach 🏖. I cycled it twice 30mins or there’s a free shuttle 🚌. The staff were excellent at our resort. I had an FUBU coat that I adore but it got oily via my fekkin 🚲, I was really cheesed off but the cleaning service at the hotel got every single mark out! The service was excellent!
