A very nice place near to everythings. 5 min to bus to airport. 3 min from the center with club bar restaurant. I never took a taxi to moove. 3 min to the Port where start all excursion. Very excelent stay.

This hotel should not be offerred on booking. It doesnt meet basic standards. It does not look like in the pictures on bookimg at all.

We have been backpacking Mexico for 3 months. We like to do things on a budget. What’s really upsetting about this place is if these little things didn’t happen I would of 100% given them a 10/10. It’s definitely an upgrade from the dorms we were used to as we like to lash out at times to have our own space as a couple. I’m completely aware this was my mistake but when I booked on booking.com I accidentally booked in the wrong dates. It was one day that needed to be changed but the lady at the front desk said we either stayed that day or lose the day. We opted to lose the day and stay at the accomodation we had already booked for that evening. When we came the next day we came an hour early than booking in time but the lady at the front desk told us our room wasn’t ready? now what I don’t understand is how if we had that room reserved the night before how it couldn’t be ready when we came at 12pm the next day? my partner expressed these thoughts and she went to check if another room was ready (weird). We ended up getting booked into a room we didn’t reserve, completely got downgraded. Our portable speaker went missing in our stay. I just wouldn’t bother. They don’t care about you. I work in the service industry back home and am completely appalled with how they handled this situation. I lost out on $100 aussie dollars at this place. not to mention the speaker that’s gone as well.
