Beautifully located overlooking estates well kept gardens and the mountain valley with snow topped mountains beyond. Large windows with armchairs to take in the view. Comfortable large bed, power shower and all you could need to self cater. It was a cold spell but Maria had the heating on and the house was cosy.

Marie and her husband were exceptional hosts. They had the perfect balance between respecting our privacy and ensuring we had everything we needed. Free range eggs and garden vegetables were offered (with no payment), and we used these to make the best omelette I have ever tasted. A tasting visit to the onsite independent winery and distillery, in the hotel cellars, were an informative and delicious added bonus, I discovered a love for brandy! The views were out of this world, and Potes only a short drive away. Truly lived up to the calm and peaceful description. Plenty of parking too. Just perfect

What an amazing location...absolutely beautiful surroundings and the apartments have everything you need. Maria was a fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Potes is only 5 mins on motorbike/car and a little bakery and restaurant 5 mins walk from the apartment/Hotel. Cant wait to revisit x

“A rural mountain oasis for people who enjoy a quiet relaxing beautiful place.”

This apartment was the perfect peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful rural mountain scenery. The views from the windows and balcony were terrific. A comfortable most enjoyable 4 night stay. Helpful welcome suggestions from host Maria of places to visit and recommended restaurants. Facilities for catering for ourselves were ok too. We appreciated the eggs and tomatoes and we were welcome to harvest some of the home grown produce such as grapes, hazelnuts and courgettes. Good hot powerful shower. We loved ending the day lounging round the refreshing swimming pool, such an added bonus. The washing machine facility was also very useful. We definitely recommend this place and hope to return.

This is an exceptional place to stay. It’s a stunning location with Mountain views in every direction, the sound of goat bells, great pool, immaculate, comfortable, practical. Maria who runs the apartments gave us fantastic recommendations: the best hikes, best restaurants etc. It was very easy to walk to a restaurant 10 minutes away and we loved walking into Potes for an evening meal and a moonlit walk back - along a safe path. Would totally recommend this and hope to come again.

Very nice Hosts. Perfect holiday appartment with every equipment needed for staying some days including preparing meals of your own. Beautyfully situated in the country, but only 10 minutes to Potes center (where you can find anything you need). Very nice pool also. Enjoyed our stay so much!

Our host Maria was fantastic and very helpful. The location of the apartment is superb and the facilities in the studio had everything we needed.

The place is surrounded by mountains and hills. Parking next to your apartment, so very easy to bring suitcases in. And while there are no gates to enter the complex, it looks like it's a very safe place. I didn't bother putting a disk lock on my motorcycle. I liked apartment (studio with mountain view) and the bed. It's in a quiet spot, like really really relaxing, nature very nice around. The place was very warm due to heating. Internet is fast too! There were water and some snacks in the apartment. And coffee maker. One day even found an orange cat lying on the ground wanting to be pet. The host (Maria) is very helpful and friendly. Will make you you feel very welcome. Breakfast are great and at some cakes are home cooked! Even got packed extra food for later after eating breakfast. There are multiple washing machines and even one dryer, but I just used drying rack. I went to Fuente De cable car which is abut 30min ride/drive from the place.

Amazing location, only 3km from Potes and walking from our door. Truly relaxing experience, Maria our fantastic host was fantastic also gave us a basket of fresh eggs and fruits from her property, really delicious. Pool area a lovely bonus after a good days walking. We had a lovely little private area to sit outside and look at the mountains.

The appartement was located in a beautiful and tranquil area, but only a few minutes away from Potes, where they have a few supermarkets and restaurants. The owners were so nice and helpful and kept the arrea very clean and beautiful with many attention to detail. Our appartement had everything we needed and it stayed quite cool inside even the temperatures got very high. It's a perfect place to relax. You can even use the pool after a long day hiking. We would have loved to stay longer.

The apartment was lovely with a cosy vibe set in an incredibly tranquil and beautiful location but only minutes from Potes. We loved eating our breakfast looking at the views and spent a late afternoon relaxing by the pool after a long day hiking. Just magic! The owners were incredibly hospitable and made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend.

This was an exceptional place to stay to enjoy the Picos de Europa. Peace and tranquillity in bucket loads! Excellent host who greeted us and showed us around the apartment which was very well appointed and attention to detail. The outside surroundings were clean, well kept and lots of lovely flower pots and flower beds. Great pool with comfortable loungers. Close to Potes which was a charming place to wander around and get necessary groceries. The wine tour at the apartment is worth the visit - we enjoyed the tasting and the gin was excellent and a little different.

The perfect little studio apartment with million $ views. Great location, the most wonderful hosts who could not have been more accommodating and the apartment has been very recently refurbished so is bright and clean and everything you need is there. Excellent value for money. We adored the farm animals too, from the gaggle of chatty ducks to the little ginger cat. Only 5 minutes from Potes where you can stock up if you are cooking in or there is a wide range of restaurants.
