“Great location with amazing views, good facilities, kind host, and excellent value”

In a great location with beautiful views. Rooms are comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities downstairs in the shared living area. We were kindly given a lift to the Albergue to eat in the evening, which is also run by the same host and which also has stunning views.

New, excellent condition spacious rooms. Great location in small mountain village. Dinner at nearby Albergue. Very near to wonderful views especially at the Mrirador 400m off the Camino Lebaniego on the way towards Potes.

“AMAZING stay, with the nicest host and most beautiful views right on the Camino”

Everything. However the best thing without doubt is the view. It was absolutely stunning. Also the Posada and the alberge in Cabanes are both close to each other and run and owned by the same, and most helpful man you could ever want to meet. AND if all that wasn’t enough the alberge is right on the Camino Lebaniego and the Posada which feels brand new and is most comfortable is only a 15 minute walk on through a really pretty village. I would throughly recommend staying here. Oh, and the food which we are at the Alberge was fantastic (and I am a very fussy eater). Love this place and the amazing views.

We loved the place a lot: a remote location, crystal clean, nice garden and stunning view. The owner is very helpful and always in contact with you in case you have questions. It’s definitely best place to chill and I’m planning to return for longer

“Peaceful, rural, quiet”

Waking up to the birds chipping and cows’ bells ringing was absolutely amazing. The view is wonderful, hosts are very nice, one of the best options around picos de Europa

“Stunning, never to be forgotten.”

We stayed here at the end of May. A magnificent, tranquil location, the views are incredible, and it's right on the edge of the Picos de Europa (you can walk into it) and approximately 200 metres from the Camino Lebaniego. The Posada is a perfect location for those walking the Camino Lebaniego in 3 days, 4 days or more. Our double room with the ensuite and balcony was clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. I watched the sun set and rise over the mountains from the balcony. There is a comfortable and spacious indoor lounge area and outdoor shaded veranda to rest and relax in. We enjoyed our evening meal at the local Albergue (kindly arranged by the host) and a traditional Spanish breakfast of tostada con tomate y aceite de oliva and sweet cake at the Posada. We only stayed one night, but the Posada and its location can easily justify staying much longer. The location of the Posada is also easily accessed by car, and there is ample carparking on site.

Everything is brand-new and very stylish. Quiet and beautiful localisation. Friendly staff.
