The guesthouse is simple but very cozy. Great value for money. The location is convenient – about a 45-minute drive to Lake Kari, and also a good base for hiking Mount Aragats. From the balcony, there’s a stunning view of Mount Ararat. The hosts are very friendly and helpful – they arranged a taxi for Aragats and also told us when the bus from Byurakan to Yerevan leaves. I also ordered breakfast and dinner, and the homemade Armenian dishes were delicious.

Very beautiful property with a lush garden and for breakfast homemade produce. The owners are extremely nice people. They helped us when we were stranded in the night and ordered us a taxi, prepared the most delicious breakfast. The greatest hospitality ever!

Excellent place, comfortable room with shared living room with balcony and beautiful views. The hosts are super nice and hospitable, always making sure we feel welcome and looked after. Amazing home-made food and a lovely garden to wander around and enjoy. Close to interesting telescopes and nice small shops. We will definitely come back

“Authentic Armenian hospitality”
If you’re looking for home stay where you can experience authentic Armenian hospitality - this is the right place. Our room and the common area had everything we needed. We enjoyed the stunning view of the area from the balcony, even experiencing a storm from that balcony was amazing :D the guesthouse is located pretty high up, you can even see Yerevan in the distance. Special thanks to Mery who was our host and who always made sure we had everything we needed <3 she checked whether kids from the other room are not too noisy disturbing us. In the morning she prepared breakfast from local produce - homemade jams, Armenian cheese, omelette, she even brought us fresh mint and walnuts from her garden. This is a place you should visit if you’re looking for an authentic local experience, away from crowds and expensive hotels. This places is a peaceful gem and above all, it has a heart and a soul - it is the heart and soul of Mery.

We arrived in the evening, but at that late hour they prepared a very delicious dinner for us, and at night and in the morning there was a wonderful view from the balcony. We had a very delicious breakfast in the morning, the garden was in bloom, we promise that we will visit again on our next trip, very clean room, comfortable bed,
