Hardly anyone speaks english. Kind of a negative when you work in a hotel.

the look of the hotel is amazing; the swimming pool had a good temperature, massage was very relaxing; we loved meals prepared in the hotel restaurant. Hotel staff is very pro-customer

Breakfast was great, breads and fruits fantastic with wide choices, the bed comfortable and the room spacious. Some issues with my bathroom door not closing properly but otherwise fine. Swimming pool is great to have after a days of work.

A new hotel building with fresh renovation, nice spa, spacious rooms, and free parking behind the hotel. The hotel has two buildings: one old and one new. We were given a room in the new building. Yes, the renovation is nice, but the building itself is very cold. The structure feels cold overall, with many drafty doors. We arrived in the evening after a long drive and planned to rest, sleep, have breakfast, and continue our journey. However, when we entered the room, the temperature was only 17°C — in winter! We turned on the heating ourselves and went to the spa for about 40 minutes. When we returned, the room was still cold because when you remove the key card (you are given only one), the heating turns off. The most unpleasant moment was after the spa, when we needed to take a shower. There was no hot water at all — we had to shower with lukewarm water while the bathroom itself was very cold. The shower floor was icy cold and remained cold all the time, as there is no underfloor heating. Hot water did not appear even two hours later, although by that time the room had finally warmed up. We were only able to take a warm shower the next morning, but the floor was still very cold. That evening, a staff member tried to resolve the situation for about 45 minutes and later offered to change our room to the old building. However, since we had already unpacked, taken cold showers, and were extremely tired after the drive, we declined, bc staff told that hot water would definitely be available in the morning. As for breakfast, it is tasty but very basic. There are no greens or vegetables except tomatoes and cucumbers, and no decaffeinated coffee. If you just need a place to stay overnight before continuing your journey, I would not recommend taking the risk.

Very nice clean hotel with most excellent breakfast and located close to the Silesian Opera house. My partner and I enjoyed our stay and will book again.
