The quietness and fresh smell of the forestry was amazing. There were other guests there when we first arrived, and you wouldn’t have even thought so. Everyone just stuck to themselves which was amazing!

“Was a great place to unwind and relax”
Sauna and pool were great, the view from bed was so lovely, very nice looking out into the bush from bed. Very peaceful and quiet, lots of nature sounds and a great environment for really unwinding. It is still only a short drive to all the activities Byron has to offer;ie: great restaurants, beaches and bush walks.

Great location, and TP at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. Booked a massage at the Spa which was wonderful. The room was lovely and it was very peaceful to sit out on the deck and listen to the birds (and the cows!) And peacocks by the pool was a lovely sight.

“Extremely bad value for money. No welcome, no facilities …… don’t be hoodwinked by the forest location”
The room had apparently just been built (according to the builder who was the only person other than the gardener that we saw) so it was brand new and immaculate. The bathroom was gorgeous. As it is remote and no food for several miles they provide a microwave, toaster and portable electric hob in the room. It would have been good to know these facilities were there so that we could have brought food in. The location in the forest is great and the dawn chorus was awesome
