Excellent hotel with very clean facilities and outstanding service. A special thanks to Ingin, who truly goes above and beyond to take care of guests and ensure they have a pleasant stay. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers made a real difference. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. I would especially like to mention Miriam from Guest Relations, who welcomed us upon arrival. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, making us feel truly valued and at home. Her warm attitude and professionalism made a big difference in our experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return in the future!

The hotel positions itself as a 5-star hotel, but it is far from it. I got dirty bedding. I don't smoke but I got a smoky room, the furniture is destroyed and old, the floor is dirty. There is no soundproofing between the rooms, when they talk, it seems like they are next to you. When someone smokes in the next room, yours stinks of cigarettes. This hotel is not worth the money. When you enter the hotel, they check you like a criminal every time and scan your backpack. So the impression is so-so.

“Kind and Friendly Hotel”
The room and view from balcony. The staff were very helpful and kind. The sauna and steam room was a great experience too. The hotel itself was just very lovely and professional from all aspects. We didn't have any issues and it was peaceful throughout.

“Beautiful and very comfortable stay”
The hotel is very beautiful and clean, breakfast selection is wide and the ingredients used are of high quality. The room has all the comforts and is soundproof and the beds are very comfortable which ensures good quality sleep. Staff is very welcoming and polite. We will definitely return!
