Little corner of heaven… it was raining so I didn’t get to sit in the garden but birds sing through out the night and you really feel like you are in some dreamy part of the world.

The staff managed to make us feel decidedly unwelcome. And to top it off, they tried to jack up the price of the room, insistently quoting a higher rate than on Booking.com. A weird experience. I won't be back.

“If you want to experience German hospitality , this is the place to be!!!”
1. Amazing Location. 2. Amazing Staff 3. Clean Guesthouse I went to Gästehaus Wilhelmshöhe with my family & pet. Our experience started with check in when we were late however the owner was prompt enough to make us comfortable & told us not to worry ( check in max time was 2000 however we were there around 2100). The apartment was beautiful & clean. Next day morning we had an amazing breakfast & I must compliment Ruth for being such an exceptional care-taker for the guesthouse/hotel. My kids were all around Ruth asking so many questions everyday (but never did she got tired & enjoy the company). Even the Owner is such a nice lady, we spent a good 1 hour talking & during this time even my dog played around with her dogs. There is a lot of forest are for trekking. One amazing thing was an open air swimming pool on top of the hill (400 m away max) with some stunning views. Also you can find an old air-field ( 2.7 kms trek) with some amazing views). City center is just 1.5 kms away & you can find some old Roman architecture as well. In all an amazing experience in small yet cosy village.

“It was great I will definitely book the same place again.”
The service was really good. We were supposed to check in before 8pm but our train got delayed and we called the guest house to inform them. The staff was super sweet and waited for us to reach so we could check in smoothly. The breakfast was lovely, the lady who served us was very friendly.
