I'm cutting my own branch when I give compliments, because next time this place is already booked. The accomo met all the expectations that were placed on it. Many small things had been thought out that were missing elsewhere. The washing machine is absolutely great. Without specifying anything in more detail (I'll leave that to others), we had a great time and will come again.

My wife and I had a lovely stay I would recommended the property to other people and we are looking forward to staying again. The property was clean tidy and well equipped the only thing we noticed that wasn't so good was the smell in the bathroom but I think that is the same everywhere in Butuan as I have found that everywhere I have stayed.

You need to have a private car as the house is far away from the public transport. Otherwise, everything is excellent!

You can cook whatever you want because they have complete ketchen utensils. Also there are freebies included in the refrigerator. Like can goods, eggs, and more. The owner is very accommodating and making sure that we are comfortable with our stay. I really recommend to others to stay in this cozy house that is in the city proper.
