“Homey, cozy, relaxing”
It exceeded my expectations. The exterior looked simple, but the hotel has a big atrium/courtyard inside. It has a pool, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly. It is walking distance from Robinson's mall!! If you're interested in working out during your trip, there is a gym nearby called Chaq Gym. It is also next to a coffee shop, Chaq Cafe! Everything you need is within the vicinity!

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall the place itself was decent and comfortable. However, our experience could have been better. We arrived late at night after a long trip (02/09/2026), and unfortunately the receptionist on duty was not very approachable. A warm welcome would have made a big difference, especially for tired guests arriving late. On our second day,(02/11/2026) we also noticed that the rice served during breakfast was hard and under cooked. We hope the kitchen team can improve on food quality, as breakfast is an important part of the guest experience. We’re sharing this feedback in hopes that service and food quality can be improved for future guests.

Breakfast isn’t that appetizing and almost same everyday. Coffee isn’t nice as well. A bit sour in taste.

“I was there a week. The hotel is located on the main street with easy access to restaurants and services. Night life is”
It's a nice hotel and clean. Staff were all little nonchalat. everything shuts down early. Buffet breakfast was abysmal for the Western palate.

“Ok for a night on a budget.”
The hotel's location is easy because it is beside the road. There is enough parking. Hotel staff were great. The room was clean and the wifi was working well. The bed is relatively comfortable and the heater in the shower works.
