I like the place because was close to the event I need to go in 연제중학교 for a test, and the bed was comfortable and the heat blanket was amazing, and the host seems trying to helpful even not speaking English.

great location, very well connected and near useful stations like yeonsan and geoje and near the city hall area but still quiet! The facilities were great too, like the AC in the room and laundry facilities.

This was a very comfortable property, with a lot with of privacy. It was fitted with all amenities including a washing machine and a very comfortable bed. It was very clean. Very roomy. Makes for a very relaxing experience. Do have to walk a flight of stairs. It was a great experience, the hosts were very pleased and welcoming. Absolutely an ideal place for a travelling couple, short walk to 2 different stations (lines).

The host is fantastic and helpful in every way. When one of us had a spot of food poisoning, she brought us home remedies and congee! The flat itself is functional if a bit worn, and the location is good, if not super central, but the metro station is only a short walk away, so getting around isn't hard!

Jun House is a lovely little rooftop apartment that is clean and well maintained with a seperate outdoor area that is available for the sole use of the visitor. The host and her family live downstairs but they generally keep to themselves. The host is lovely, and is very competent at using a translator app to communicate with visitors from foreign countries. Her sister is able to speak English so this made communication a little easier at times. We mentioned that we had trouble finding a restaurant that could serve breakfast so the next morning the host cooked breakfast for us consisting of eggs with cheese and some fruit and milk drinks, she was very hospitable and loved having us stay with her.

We were a party of four and we really enjoyed it there. The metro or bus stations are very close so we could reach every place in Busan easily. We enjoyed being on the terrace for breakfast, dinner, Soju...There are some nice Restaurants around there, too. And the landlady was very very friendly.

Recently renovated, everything was clean. Have a private terrase. Staff were very friendly even if they don't speak english but communication was possible with papago.

Thanks so much to the Jun House family! Staying at their guesthouse was one of the highlights of my first trip to the wonders of Korea. Extremely kind, gracious and friendly hosts. Was a pleasure to stay here. Fabulous spacious apartment with a terrace. Very close to the metro and nicely in the middle of Busan as there are many attractions scattered around this large city and surrounding area. A great base for a wonderful place to visit. Thanks very much to the host family - they are the best! I'm glad I got to stay here as this is going to become very popular on booking!

“Amazing stay in a great, clean location”

I don't even know where to start, the place was extra-clean and modern, I didn't expect to have a whole floor for myself with outside equipments and so on. It was just perfect, very cozy and well-located. The hosting family is so kind, Jun is amazing and we went to eat local food together. I also had the great pleasure to meet his mother and his aunt, both very generous and, in a word, adorable. For this price, you won't find better in Busan, don't hesitate one second.
