Perfect location by the beach, park and restaurants, beautiful and comfortable from inside and outside, most generous, thoughtful hosts. Our dog made a new best friend, it was a paradise for her as well🥰 We recommend wholeheartedly!

Quiet location, close enough to beach and restaurants/bars. The cottage is extremely peaceful being situated at the rear of the main house, surrounded by garden/trees.

We were contacted by a very lovely message by the host on the morning we left, that he was cleaning house and everything will be ready. Despite the fact we arrived later than expected he was understanding and welcomed us and our dogs with great kindness. The house we stayed at is in the back garden of his garden. It is a little bungalow with a small kitchen. It had water and milk in the fridge. The host said that the property was fenced in, so it was nice to let them off the lead, but since the fence it is not all visible I wouldn't leave our dogs unattended.

Nice little appartement in the back-garden of the host's house. You have your own separate part of garden. It is very cosy. Well-equipped kitchen. You park inside the garden.

We stayed 8 nights mid May. We had a great time. 50 kms north of Valencia. The rented house is at the back of a larger property where the owners live. It has its own private garden, so very private! And there is space. The garden has a lemon tree (with lemons to be picked) and many plants. The house itself comprises a single room, a separate kitchen and a separate bathroom. The room is not very large but the whole idea of living in this property is to be outside, including eating! The bed was not very large but comfy! The owner Vincente is absolutely lovely, friendly and kind. He offered to cook delicious food for us and was always helpful. The kitchen was full of water, butter, marmelade, coffee and fruits (and milk). He also brought us fresh orange juice full of vitamins. He speaks a bit of English. The whole property is about 400 min from the beach. Cross the road, cross a field and here you are! There are no buildings between the property and the sea! Just great. The sea and the beach were clean, spacious, accessible! just west of it is the Serra Espada (around Armana, Eslida, Ain), a hilly large area with trees and nature, very accessible for wonderful walks. So between the sea and the hills, time goes quickly. Burriana is not very impressive but next to the property is a couple of restaurants and cafes and a great fruit and veggie shop!
