Overview
Centrally located in the heart of Burnt Pine, Cumberland Resort and Spa is an intimate boutique resort set in tropical gardens. Soak in the heated swim spa pool, relax in the sauna or enjoy a massage and body treatment at the day spa. Guests have exclusive use of a resort rental car for a discounted fee. You can explore Norfolk Island at your leisure in your allocated resort rental car, or stroll a few minutes to trendy cafes, restaurants and shops. The friendly managers can assist with local tips, tour bookings, activities and dinners. Free breakfast provisions are provided for your first morning. These include eggs, bread, fruit juice and milk. Seasonal fruit is also provided upon arrival. All villas feature a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and modern bathroom facilities with a spa bath or a spa-style massage shower. Each villa includes flat-screen LED TVs with cable channels and a DVD/CD player, and private BBQ facilities. Guests are provided free Wi-Fi. Snorkeling equipment is also provided. Norfolk Island Cumberland Resort is 5 minutes' drive from the Kingston World Heritage Area. The beach at Emily Bay is less than 5 minutes’ away. Return airport transfers and guided half day island tour is available for a fee.

We really liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Tima welcomed and fareqelled us all. We also appreciated the starter pack of bread, butter eggs jams.etc. it was so helpful having arrived in late in the afternoon. The position was convenient and we appreciated being picked up to go on any tours.

The location is right near the main town of Burnt Pine. Tima and her staff were amazing, going out of their way to assist us. Nothing was a problem.

“A wonderful relaxing stay in a very comfortable, well supported environment”
Very quiet. Each accommodation has plenty of space so no neighbour noise. Easy walk into town. Having car hire available through the accommodation made this process simple. Accessible and lovely manager making sure all was ok. Wonderful welcome pack of items in kitchen Building are a little older, but well maintained and furnishings in good shape and comfortable. WiFi access good. So very happy with stay.

From the start to when we checked out we were looked after so well . Our host Tima was as absolutely amazing . Such beautiful and personal service . Every single thing we could need was provided at The White House . The view was to die for .
