I went to cancel the room with you guys at booking.com because the first night I stayed there and then I had to say the second night there I was on the 4th floor and there was a lot of banging around which scared me because I was traveling by myself so I canceled and called you guys and put a complaint in nothing was done I was supposed to be reimbursed with my money because I was staying there for 14 days stayed there for two and they you guys said that you were going to get my money back and didn't hear anything from the management and left messages also with the management and still didn't hear from them so they still owed me 10 10 or 11 days I got no refund which I was promised that there would be a refund had to book another room from booking.com to stay my rest of my stay please it's been over a month and a half waiting to get my refund from the hotel

Very large and clean room. The breakfast was good for a 2-star hotel. Close to the road, but we didn't hear any noise. 20 minutes by car from downtown Minneapolis. We had some doubts after leaving the room, and they were resolved quickly.
