The room was quiet and looked freshly redone. No wear and tear and the bed and pillows were great. Overlooked the quiet side. Staff are extremely pleasant.the meal room is clean abd well attended. Easter eggs.Hash browns.

“Great hotel, amazing staff.”
Friendly staff and always in good spirits, pool was open until 10pm. Continental breakfast from 6 am to 10am. Good location for shopping at Metrotown or hop on the SkyTrain and go downtown Vancouver.

“Fantastic location and service, but room felt cramped for the price”
Very friendly staff, great breakfast, location is phenomenal (lots of restaurants nearby and close to the Bonsor Recreation Center). Parking is included (although not secured).

Breakfast was great, nice selection of hot and cold food, and well stocked! Tables were clean and there was lots of staff on hand to help keep things clean and stocked. Rooms were comfortable, and enjoyed the bathroom soaps/shampoos supplies that were environmentally friendly. Skytrain was close by which we used. There is lots of activity in this area of town, but our room was quite and we felt safe.
