There was only one and a half toilet paper rolls which seemed unnecessarily cheap, the air was so dry in the room I woke up struggling to breathe several times, and there were kids running up and down the hallway playing and waking me up continually.

“Could've been better.”
The room we booked had a jacuzzi per my understanding. However, front desk discussed between them that it wasn't ready so they gave us another room without one. Could you please look further into this? Would be appreciated.
