Super clean place, friendly staff, and placd in a safe neighborhood. I would say we really liked the fact that it was close to the metro lines 1 & 2 - it took us around 20mins to get to the city centre. We also had Mercadonna nearby and could buy anytime some things from there too. We were also surprised (positivitely) that we had a complimentary breakfast included - coffee, milk & cereal, toast with creams, cakes (the best with coffee) I would recommend this property anytime! Thanks for hosting us!

“Disappointed”

Room: The room had a very strong renovation smell Parking: the street around are very narrow and almost impossible to find parking space after office hour. This is a old dense residential area with old buildings, therefore no parking space. Staff: we wanted to extend our stay after getting back to the hotel at 9:30PM, Fernando, the front desk staff reacted immediately and screamed on us "why are you telling me now, I am off at 10:00PM? I am here since 2PM, why didn't you tell it to me at 3:00, or at 4:00 or at 5;00? We ansered that we decided just now and we are back to the hotel now", we told him"it's fine if he doesn't want to extend, we just go somewhere else". He answer" It's not OK". Very rude and turn off his mobile phone music. Yes he was putting his mobile phnoe music when sitting at his working desk. Very bad experience.

Wonderful staff, which really makes a big difference, a free breakfast that covers the basics - and includes good coffee- and it is so squeaky clean: absolutely spotless. The rooms are compact but have everything you need, and the beds are so comfortable. It has all the ingredients for a top experience: great staff, comfortable beds, and rooms and communal areas that are kept pristine Plus there is a wonderful roof terrace. This hotel does everything right and balances quality with value for money. It's a good price for a high quality service. A quick 15 minutes into central Valencia. Totally recommend if you're looking for value and quality in a quiet area that's close enough to the touristic centre.
