Overview
Welcome to the Caribbean coast of Colombia, where you will find beaches, surfing waves, palm trees, a jungle and the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta (the highest mountain range near the sea in the world)! Relax, have fun, get a tan and come swim at Viajero Tayrona. Enjoy our private beach at Viajero Tayrona or take a dip in the pool with a tropical cocktail from our bar. We have private ecological rooms with their own terraces and shared dormitories (some are for women only). Enjoy our free daily activities; from volleyball tournaments, yoga and meditation, dance classes, movie nights on the beach, bonfires, karaoke nights or our famous giant jenga (if it's higher than 27 levels, you'll get a free shot!). We want our guests to experience great moments during their stay, to meet new people and cultures. Music, parties and dancing are part of the hostel experience - don't miss the live DJ parties on weekends! Looking for adventure? Book a surfing lesson or go hiking and explore the "Lost City", where you'll meet a local indigenous tribe. Prefer something quieter? Lie in a hammock on the beach while watching the sunset or book a massage and enjoy it while listening to the waves crashing along the coast. If you are looking for a place to relax, sunbathe, enjoy delicious cocktails and do different activities, this is the place for you!

“Terrible experience! Shower of the bed room did not work and then charged for my “included” breakfas”
My experience at the hostel was not good! I booked a private room to have some comfort, but the shower didn’t work, and I didn’t pay a cheap price. In addition, the room included breakfast; however, only after I had already eaten was I informed that it was not unlimited and that I would have to pay for a dish I had ordered. They didn’t tell me at the time of ordering, only hours later. Total disorganization!

The music was till.1Pm. My dirm was not far from the pool . Even when I called at midnight to ask to.lower they didn't. I was told that during the we they stp at 2pm and 12pm during the week but even during the week it was passed 1pm. I went there fir the hike but it's hard to get few hours sleep. !!!.

Nice location at the beach and a lot of low-level ways to get people to socialise. Many organised sports activities such as beach football and volleyball, and ping pong. Salsa classes, ... Nice dorms, with space to put your things next to the beds, curtains. Outdoor shower was a nice touch. Nice pool area as well.

The place is HUGE. its almost like a resort. The private rooms were some of the best ive stayed in. Private seating area outside, hammock and sofa in the bedroom as well as a bed ofcourse. The facilities were amazing, restaurant was decent and there was social stuff to do everyday.

the hostel is azaing. the pool is so nice with beautifull view to the beach and there is a lot of activities. The restaurant is great too. Lin and Jess at front desk are the besttttt
