Host was very nice, provided us with nice tips to enjoy Burgos. Parking included was great. The parking is on the street behind the Apartment, so it's a very short ride and walk The Apartment is very nice and was suitable for a 2 night stay. Short walk to city center. Hair dryer is professional grade, not those crappy toys you get in many hotels. We overslept and the Host was amazing and let us stay a bit longer, so we can have shower, breakfast and pack. For me, customer service plays a big role, so the things we didn't like soo much had minor importance in the end.

Tried to check in without using internet but was met with a flat 'no'. Internet in the apartment did not work the whole time of our stay. Communication regarding the issue was terse and unhelpful in English.

“Friendly host, nice apartment, quiet & central location, excellent parking”
The apartment is nice, well equipped and gave us (2 adults, 2 children) enough space. The sofa bed in the living room is easy to pull out and you can sleep really well on it. In the living room and bedroom there are shutters on the inside of the glass doors, which can be used to darken the rooms. Basically everything was as stated in the description. I rate the possibility of parking your car just around the corner (1 minute drive) in a very modern and secure public underground car park as particularly good. The walk back to the apartment is 4 minutes. So you can first stop in front of the apartment, unload your suitcases, then drive the car away and return to the apartment and start your good time, knowing that the car is well accommodated. Jorge is a very friendly host and the communication with him was excellent. He gave us numerous tips on where to have a good breakfast and dinner. Opposite to the apartment is a cafe where we had a nice breakfast. You can also walk to the city center in a few minutes and there are plenty of options to choose from. You reach the cathedral in about 10 minutes.

Perfect location with all amenities nearby and just a few minutes walk to the actual town centre. The place is beautifully quirky and it has the charm I like for a real different tone to hotels. Apart from having all the things you'll need for your stay. - Jorge was really helpful with the touristic advice, which I didn't have the time to follow as I was there for a wedding, but I shall make sure to do so on another visit.
