The friendly and helpful welcome from David after many hours on the Camino in the blazing sun. He asked if I wanted information about food and travel to the city centre. The room is spacious and very clean. I was taking the train to Madrid, and it is a 17-minute walk to Burgos Rosa Manzano Station. Bus number 11 takes you directly to the city centre. If you are coming from the city centre, get off at Posa-Iglesia. Costs €1.20.

We were only travelling through and this property was the closest that we could find to the train station. It was only a 15 minute steady walk 👌🏻

Sitio confortable y tranquilo

We chose Numancia Pension because of its relative closeness to the Long Distance Train Station of Burgos, where we had to catch a train early in the morning. Good price and for a short trip definetly recommendable! You should be aware that the quite small kitchen is shared.

“Brief satisfying stay on backpacking holiday with need for early morning train ride.”

I chose this accommodation Ailey for its proximity to the Burgos main railway station which was only 15 minutes by foot. We had a 630am train to catch and didn’t want to have to travel from the main town. When we arrived David the host was very friendly and helpful and we discovered that very near by we’re bars and restaurants and the local bus service, so for one night it met our needs well.

Very quiet, calm place. Near borges centre, was a pilgrim and took me 1.5hr. Not very interesting walk!!

Good value, quiet, helpful and friendly staff, selection of cafes, bars and other places to eat in the neighbourhood and close to railway station. No problem finding us somewhere to store our bicycles securely.
