Best host, location and facilities.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful house in Burg. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable – everything you need for a perfect stay is there. The views are absolutely breathtaking, with stunning nature all around. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel relaxed and at home. Richard, the host, was wonderful – friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a truly special location

“A dream house in the mountains”

Beutiful house surrounded by nature, tranquillity, and breathtaking views. The house is clean and comfortable it offers ample space, and it is well equipped with anything you might need. Burg is a quiet, beautiful mountain village, ideal to relax and disconnect but with nice walks from the village and activities to do within a 30-minute drive. The restaurant in the village is 100% recommended. Richard was very attentive and helpful, offering great suggestions. We had an amazing time and great memories. Thanks

“A perfect cabin experience”

The place was very clean, well equipped with everythingyoucould need, nicely decorated,located in a fantastic village and overall just great! We had a lovely experience here and we would recommend it to everyone who loves a quiet mountain village environment. The host was more than just helpful and had a lot of great suggestions for us what to do in the area during our stay. You can relax on the balcony and enjoy the sound of cow bells while either enjoying the mountain views during the day or the night sky full of stars. You can visit the nearby national parks either by your own car or by using a taxi service which I recommend as it transports you directly to the highest car-accessible point and you don't have to risk your own car ;) Or you can just drive around and enjoy all the small villages and towns and just breath in the fresh mountain air. Whatever suits you :) There are many nice restaurants around and if you plan ahead and go to a supermarket beforehand you will be able to cook almost everything in your kitchen. As this review is already getting quite long I just want to emphasise that the stay was one of our bests we had with Boooking.com or Airbnb or anything else. Many thanks to the host for making this possible!

Everything: the house, the view, the facilities. The living room is a dream, I could stay on the couch and admire the view for hours. Also, the fireplace creates an amazing atmosphere! The house is equipped with everything you might need for both, adults and also children (baby cot and chair). The owners are very helpful and attentive, we also received an e-book about the house and surrounding with their recommendations.

“Fantastic property in a beautiful part of the world”

Richie was a fantastic host who reached out very promptly and provided loads of good information. House was beautiful and you could see the care that had been put into the property. Incredibly peaceful with all the facilities you could require for a short break with a group of friends. Keys were very easy to collect from a lovely lady called Anna who had provided fresh bread and eggs which we all enjoyed, Richie had also left us a nice bottle of wine.

We recently had the pleasure of spending two nights at the chalet and it was truly a memorable experience for all six of us, two couples and two grown kids. Nestled in the mountains, the chalet might seem a bit remote at first, but that's exactly what adds to its charm. The journey there is part of the adventure, and once you arrive, the stunning mountain vistas are your reward. The chalet itself provides every comfort you could wish for. The facilities are all there, with a cozy shared lounge, a fireplace and reliable Wi-Fi throughout. The kitchen is a particular highlight, fully equipped to handle all your culinary needs. You might want to do your shopping in Barcelona or another city though, and bring it with you - there’s no supermarkets nearby, so it’s better to come prepared. As for activities, the chalet is conveniently located within an hour's drive from some great skiing spots like Baqueira, and there're hiking routes to enjoy in the surrounding area. It's the perfect year-round destination for families, especially considering the thoughtful touches like outdoor play equipment and baby safety features. It's a place where you can truly disconnect and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Pirineos. It’s on our list to come back for sure!

The house is beautiful, very well renovated with a very enjoyable living room (with an amazing chimney) + an open kitchen to enjoy cooking. The village is very quiet and relaxing. Richard has everything under control, taking care of every single detail and making us feel very welcomed. Very well equipped for families with babies / small kids.
